Vip membership FAQ'S
Our Membership plans offer regular valeting & detailing at a discount compared to booking individually, you can choose from Silver, Gold & Platinum.
Payments Are made monthly or annually and services are scheduled regularly.
Yes but if you cancel before the 12 months an early exit fee applies. This fee is 50% of your remaining balance Or the full price of the services you’ve already received, which ever is lower. A 30 day notice is required before cancellation.

If you dont cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment then that service will be forfeited for the month.

Yes you can upgrade at any time and you’ll only pay the difference. Downgrades can be done at the end of your current membership term.

No memberships are non transferable and only apply to one vehicle
