A Single Stage Enhancement is £449 for small to medium cars and £549 for large or XL. A Two Stage Correction runs from £649 to £799, priced on the car size and how deep the defects are. Every quote is fixed before we arrive, all in, including the ceramic protection.

Single stage runs one refined polish pass and takes out around 60 to 70% of light defects: swirls, finer scratches, hologram marks. Two stage adds a dedicated cut step before the polish, taking out around 85 to 95% of deeper swirls and scratches. No, and any detailer who tells you otherwise isn’t being straight. Paint correction works on the clear coat. If a scratch catches your fingernail, it has gone through the clear coat into the paint, and that scratch needs a touch up or respray, not polishing. Two stage correction takes out a lot more than a lot of people expect, but there’s a real, physical limit.

The correction itself is permanent until the paint is marked again. The ceramic based protection keeps the paint slick and beading water for far longer than a wax, and how long that lasts depends on how the car is used, washed and stored. The maintenance plan tops the protection up between full details so the corrected finish keeps looking sharp.

On almost any modern car with healthy paint, yes. On older cars with thin, single stage paint (red and lighter colours from the 80s and 90s are common) we’ll check the paint depth before working on it, because there’s less clear coat to safely polish. On a freshly repainted panel we’ll wait for the paint to fully cure before correction work goes anywhere near it.

Paint Correction is dedicated correction work, with a deeper cut step on the two stage tier for cars that need real defect removal. No, please don’t. We do a controlled multi stage wash on the day as part of the process, so we know exactly what’s gone on the paint and how. A rushed wash beforehand can add marring that we then have to correct. Just leave the car as it is.

No. The van carries its own water  and a generator for power. An outside tap and a plug socket help where available, but they’re not required. We just need room to work around the car safely for the day.
