How much is the maintenance membership?
It's a simple monthly subscription: £70 a month for small to medium cars (hatchbacks, saloons, smaller SUVs) and £80 a month for large or XL vehicles (estates, full size SUVs, 7 seaters). That covers your visit every four weeks, with no fixed term and one month’s notice to cancel.
Do I have to have had a detail first?
Yes. The membership is built to maintain a car that's already been brought up to standard, so the visits hold the finish rather than fight a backlog. It starts after a Deep Clean or Showroom Detail with us, then you move straight onto the membership.
How often will you visit?
The membership runs on a visit every 4 weeks. That cadence keeps most cars looking consistently sharp without ever letting them slide. We book the dates around how you drive and where you park, and if your circumstances change we can flex the timing to suit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's no fixed term, just one month's notice to cancel. If you're going away, the car's off the road, or you just need a break, we can move your visit dates around it. If you want to stop altogether, one month's notice is all it takes.
What if my car gets really dirty between visits?
The whole point of the membership is that it shouldn't, because we're keeping on top of it. If something out of the ordinary happens, a bird strike disaster or a muddy weekend away, just let us know and we'll sort the right visit. For a car that's slipped a long way, a full detail to reset it may make more sense than a maintenance visit, and we'll tell you honestly.
Do you need water and electricity at my address?
No. The van carries its own water with two stage filtration and a generator for power. An outside tap and a plug socket help where available, but they're not required. We just need access to the car and room to work around it safely.
