The jobs a normal valet can't fix
Mould and damp
Green or grey bloom on seats, belts and carpets, usually from a car that has been stood or has let water in somewhere.
Smoke
Cigarette smoke that has worked its way into the fabric, carpets and trim, and the smell that comes with it.
Sick and accidents
Sick, urine and other accidents from children, pets or passengers, especially where it has soaked in.
Spills and stains
Milk, coffee, juice, fizzy drinks and food that have gone into a seat or carpet and left a mark or a smell.
Everyday mess is a different thing. Crumbs, dust, sticky fingerprints and a car that's simply overdue a clean are covered by the Interior Deep Clean or the full Deep Clean, which can both be booked straight away at a fixed price.

Why there's no price on this page
The price depends entirely on what it is, how long it's been there, how far it has soaked in, and whether it has reached the foam or the carpet underlay. A milk spill caught the same day can be a short job, while the same spill left for a summer can have soaked right down into the foam and need far more work to draw out. Rather than guess and get it wrong in either direction, I look at every one of these myself and give you a fixed price before any work starts.

A fixed price before I start
Once I've seen the car, you get a fixed price for the job and nothing gets added on the day.
The clean
An enzyme cleaner goes on first where the job needs it, breaking down the source of the smell rather than masking it. The area is then steam cleaned, which lifts the contamination out of the fabric and sanitises it, with hot water extraction to draw out whatever has soaked deeper, and smoke and stubborn smells finish with an odour treatment.
An honest finish
I'll walk you round the result and tell you plainly if anything has faded rather than gone completely.
What I'll always tell you up front
Mould and damp come back if whatever let the water in is still there, so a leaking seal or a blocked drain needs sorting by a garage as well as the clean. I'll tell you if I can see the likely cause.
Most stains lift out completely, but some dyes and anything that has been left for years can fade rather than vanish. I'd rather tell you that before I start than promise a result that isn't possible, which is exactly why every one of these jobs is looked at before it's priced.

How much does it cost to get mould or a spill cleaned out of a car?
It depends on what it is, how long it’s been there and how far it has soaked in, so I price each of these jobs personally once I’ve seen the car. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and nothing is added on the day.
Can you remove mould from car seats and carpets?
Yes. Mould is steam cleaned out of the fabric, which sanitises it as it goes, then extracted. If the car is still letting water in, I’ll tell you, because the mould will come back until the leak is fixed.
Can you get rid of a smoke smell in a car?
Smoke gets into the fabric, the carpets and the trim, so it needs the whole interior cleaning and an odour treatment rather than a spray of air freshener. Tell me how long the car has been smoked in and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible before you book.
Can you clean sick or urine out of a car seat?
Yes, and the sooner the better. An enzyme cleaner breaks down what causes the smell, steam cleaning sanitises the fabric and kills the bacteria, and extraction draws out what has soaked in. Tell me roughly when it happened and where, and I’ll come back to you.
Is it just a normal valet?
No. Everyday dirt is covered by the Interior Deep Clean or the Deep Clean, which you can book straight away. Mould, smoke, sick and spills need more time and a different approach, which is why they’re priced separately.
Do you need water or power at my house?
No. The van carries its own water and a generator for power, so all I need is somewhere to park next to the car at your home or workplace.
